eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position in der Hotellerie eine herzliche, positive Ausstrahlung und Freude am Gästekontakt EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Fidelio Suite 8 sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift Fremdsprachenkenntnisse mindestens Englisch in Wort und Schrift Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer Gäste
- Ausarbeiten von individuellen Angeboten
- Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts
- Durchführung Check in / Check out
- Datenpflege der Hotelsoftware Fidelio Suite 8 - Erstellen von Tagesabschlüssen und Tagesabrechnungen
