We are willing to employ people who share the same passion of care with us and want to join a friendly and professional team. As a leading company in hospitality we are seeking for: Housekeeping Supervisor
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Prepare work schedules, making sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators.
- Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching and counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house, be responsible for the maintenance of assigned areas
- Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- Create reports and perform any administration functions, such as purchasing requests
Requisitos laborales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably BA/BSc in Tourism and Hospitality
- Minimum proven experience in a similar position of two years
- Very good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of any other foreign language will be appreciated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
- Knowledge of “OPERA” software will be considered an asset

- Must be highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to handle challenging situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgement
- Strong leadership capabilities, with developed communication and listening skills
- Time Management skills to meet commitments across multiple departments and roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
