Hotel Head Waiter/Waitress
Head waiters are the dining room supervisors. Head waiters serve in a supervisory capacity; their responsibilities include assigning waitstaff tables and performing opening and closing duties, while ensuring service quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information about the menu when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).

Supervise their waiters and check daily, the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Maintain close co-operation with the kitchen to be aware of the menu offered.

Organize the serving of guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for functions.

Take orders from guests.
Requirements:

Work Experience: At least 1-3 years in a similar position

Computer Knowledge: Basic

Languages: English or Greek
