Guest relations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to take care of our guests at the Gut Steinbach. 

As part of our front office team, you will play an important role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a first class service experience. 

Responsible for the care and satisfaction of guests 

Communicate with guests to understand and resolve their concerns 

Organization of special requests and events for guests 

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations 

Support in the development of service concepts and standards

Here are the requirements for the position of Guest Relations Manager on Gut Steinbach: 

At least 2 years experience in guest care preferably in Hospitality

Excellent communication skills in German and English 

Team-oriented way of working and very high service orientation 

Knowledge of the Mews hotel software is advantageous but not required 

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities
