Amada Colossos Resort is looking for Guest Relation Agent for the 2024 season to join our team and share our passion for excellence and generosity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists guests in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner, with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Oversee VIP guests, arrivals, and departures.
  • Provide information regarding the resort, town attractions, activities, etc.
  • Knows all essential aspects of our resort operations.
  • Works collaboratively with any resort staff member.

 

Requisitos laborales

Skills & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
  • Knowledge of German or another language will be considered an extra asset
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
