Your Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of high service and quality standards
- Professional, present, and welcoming toward both guests and colleagues
- A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Interest in food and beverages, with a desire for continuous professional development
- Strong overview and attention to detail – even in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Inspirational team player with the ability to elevate others professionally
Your Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the restaurant with structure and attention to detail
- Ensuring a seamless connection between food and beverage experiences
- Managing daily administrative tasks, including reservations and team coordination
- Leading and coordinating larger events at the Opera House
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with POS setup, menu and wine list development, inventory management, and purchasing
- Training and developing team members to strengthen our service culture
- Actively participating in operational meetings with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef
