A Well Establish Restaurant in , Co. Clare , Ireland now recruiting a Head Chef. Annual pay of €45000 based on 39 hours a week. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Culinary & Menu Management: Designing menus, creating, and testing new recipes, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
- Operational Leadership: Managing daily kitchen operations, supervising the team, and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency during service.
- Staffing & Training: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling kitchen personnel.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Managing food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food hygiene procedures.

Problem Solving: Resolving issues, such as equipment repairs or customer complaints, to maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and menu development.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work long hours on their feet and lift, bend, and move heavy items
Minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef in a reputed Restaurant or a hotel. able to manage a team on a very bust environment
