ABOUT EXPERIMENT
At Experiment, we serve healthy, creative, adventurous food & drinks for curious people. Inspired by cultures all over the world, we strive to deliver a meaningful and memorable food and drink experience. On our small menu, you willfind sandwiches, pastries, salad, soups, main courses, desserts, add-ons, sweet & savory bites. Our drinks include specialty coffees and teas, homemade lemonades, non-alcoholic beers and wines, and toppings. The menu changes 4 times per year.

THE ROLE
Are you that creative restaurant chef with a passion for healthy, creative an adventurous food? As our restaurant chef, you will be responsible for menu development,food preparation, and leading kitchen operations. You will collaborate with top mentor chefs, both locally and internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Menu& Creation Develop and plan seasonal menus Create new dishes in line with our mission and vision Price menu items considering customer preferences Experiment with new products and concepts Kitchen& Operations Cook, season, and presentfood items Ensure consistent quality and presentation Manage inventory, inspect deliveries, and place orders for supplies Controlfood costs and minimize waste Team &Leadership Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff(team to be assembled in consultation) Create a professional,friendly, and efficient work environment Handle scheduling and daily coordination Quality&Safety Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain kitchen equipment Provide clear communication about allergies, ingredients, and crosscontamination risks Hospitality Provide exemplary customer service Handle complaints professionally Share knowledge and passion with guests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience& Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a chef or cook, preferably in similar kitchens Relevant education: culinary school, apprenticeship, or university degree in culinary arts Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Previous supervisory experience is a plus Skills& Qualities Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations Passion for healthy, creative, and adventurous food Leadership: ability to motivate a team and lead by example Good communication skills (English; Dutch is a plus) Organized and detail-oriented Problem-solving and stress-resistant Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
