Database administrator (m/f/d) Oracle

Our customer is Europe's market leader for inventory management systems, information systems and catalog systems for the 'Independent Aftermarket' (IAM) and manufacturers of parts. With around 300 colleagues, they are represented at 10 locations in Europe.

Tasks:

• It is all about data: The administration, control and optimization of Oracle databases is your daily business. In addition, you love to bring in new ideas to improve performance and take care of further development.
• The main thing is security: You ensure performance as well as IT security. The same applies to the continuous optimization of data backup and database recovery. You're also responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's internal infrastructure.
• There's no such thing as ‘this is impossible’: Performance and error analyses are your passion. You're the expert when it comes to troubleshooting.
• Expertise: With your know-how you support projects, feasibility studies and evaluations.

• Knowledge: Your completed computer science vocational training or your university degree (e.g. business informatics) will make you a star.
• Data treasure: In the areas of database administration and performance tuning, no one can fool you so quickly, because you shine here with your wealth of experience. Even large amounts of data won't frighten you.
