Customer Service - Swiss German - Remote
We are looking for a Swiss German-speaking customer service agent (d/f/m) for a remote role to assist consumers with questions and concerns about our client's products and services. You will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and guide users through product features and functionalities according to standard procedures.
Our client is the world's largest food and beverage company, with over 2,000 brands, and has been present in Portugal for more than 100 years.
A Typical Day Includes:
- Addressing customer queries via phone and written channels promptly and accurately.
- Reporting product malfunctions.
- Updating internal databases with information about customer requests.
- Informing customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns.
What Will Make You Successful:
- Advanced spoken and written proficiency in Swiss German.
- Experience in a Customer Support Specialist role or similar customer service position.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
