This position is based in Germany, within our Transport Division.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluent German to support our transport operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining active communication with assigned plants regarding consolidation and transport services.
- Monitoring transport flows and reporting delivery status to clients (delays, schedule changes, etc.).
- Ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimizing their impact on clients.
- Requesting loading and unloading time slots for both owned and subcontracted vehicles.
- Updating trip-related information (time slots, orders, loads, routes) in the system and shared documents.
- Being available for 24/7 support via mobile phone, while working standard business hours.
Requisitos laborales
- Fluent level of German.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Requisitos deseables
- Good level of English.
- Experience in the transport or logistics sector.
- Knowledge of transport operations and terminology.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
