Customer Quality Engineer (w/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (f/m/d) for our quality management team to support our production with quality problems and improvement projects.
Your To Dos:
- Processing of customer complaints (logistical and technical).
- Technical analysis and root cause analysis of complaints.
- Management of the complaints database and monitoring of KPIs.
- Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and action planning.
- Management of customer quality projects and monthly quality meetings.
- Supporting internal problem solving, corrective and preventive measures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your profile
- Completed technical studies, e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, industrial engineering or similar (Diploma, Bachelor, Master).
- Experience in quality management, ideally in the area of customer quality or customer complaints.
- Experience and/or knowledge of quality and improvement tools such as 8D, 5Why and Six Sigma methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Good English skills, German skills are beneficial
