Administrative Assistant Risk Assessment Logistics Unit

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in the Risk Assessment Logistics unit.
- Organise, coordinate and support both internal meetings and meetings/events with external participants;
- Prepare relevant meeting documents (agenda, minutes, presentations);
- Write, edit, proofread documents such as correspondence, communication news, reports, presentations, memos, etc.;
- Communicate information to different target audiences;
- Handle correspondence by managing functional mailboxes;
- Support in establishing methods to ensure high quality planning, follow up on deadlines;
- Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders;
- Liaise with other administrative and scientific colleagues.
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in providing administrative support within international organisations, preferably in the EU environment;
- Good knowledge of administrative business management and project management, familiarity with EU administration would be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in IT tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet browsers);
- Behavioural competencies: analysis and problem solving, attention to details, priority setting and planning.
Assignment: initial contract until 31/12/2022, with possibility of extensions. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
Salary: approx €1940 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma for the remaining days.
