We seek a Utilities Backoffice Specialist, fluent in Czech & English (f/m/d) for a project related to a Renewable Energy Company.
Main responsibilities
As a Utilities Backoffice Specialist you will:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicating with customers through various channels;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests;
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Location: Lisbon
Schedules: Full presential from Monday to Sunday - from 9 am to 06 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week.
Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in the following language -
Czech and English (mandatory) ; - Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge ( eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
