Job requirements
Experience
- A completed vocational training or, alternatively, a successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, (business) law, business administration or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in an equivalent position
- Relevant HR experience, e.g. as a personnel administrator, personnel officer or HR generalist
- Strong initiative, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Sense of quality and responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English, gladly additional language skills: Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian
