Take the chance to work at one of Sweden's internationally most famous hotels, Icehotel. We are an annual and world-unique art project of snow and ice from the Torne River. We are passionate about creating life-enriching experiences and we live with nature in everything we do. We arrange close-to-nature activities and culinary food experiences in collaboration with carefully selected subcontractors as a complement to the ice art. The business consists of three restaurants: Ice Restaurant, Restaurant Veranda and Hembygdsgården. All restaurants have their own unique character with a northern theme as a base. In addition to this, the kitchen staff is also responsible for the food that is served outside on our tours and events, which means that there is sometimes high pressure interspersed with periods of calm. We would like to see that you, who are applying, have a heart for locally produced products and use nature as a kitchen and pantry. You have at least a few years' experience as a chef, meritorious is that you have longer experience in managing breakfast buffets, chef table and/or á la carte. Otherwise, we see that you have a genuine interest in food, an ability to work in a team and a desire to complete the work with energy and positivity.
