We are looking for a Warehouse Manager (m/w/d) for our prestigious customer, a city-based company in Munich, as part of the employee handover process.
Tasks:
- Procurement and ordering (e.g. Initiating a post-order, ordering order-related materials and spare parts, responding to delivery delays, obtaining and evaluating quotes after consultation)
- Acceptance of goods (e.g. Unloading/receiving the goods, checking quality and completeness, booking the arrival of the goods, storing the delivered goods)
- Release of goods
- Warehouse data management & other warehouse-specific tasks (e.g. Keeping and controlling inventory at the warehouse and in the software, keeping a warehouse entry book, filing documents)
- Handling of complaints and misdeliveries
- Representation of the stock accountant in case of absence

Job requirements
- Successfully completed training as warehouse manager (m/w/d) or Specialist for warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or several years of relevant professional experience in the field of warehouse/ warehouse logistics (ideally in the technical field)
- reliable and precise operation
- Experience in IT-enabled warehouse management
- Team ability
