You will
• Ensure setup, service and clearing in the restaurant (600 to 1,000 covers per service)
• Take orders, serve drinks and carry dishes with attention and precision throughout the service
• Welcome and advise guests while personalizing their experience
• Contribute to additional sales, particularly in wine and spirits suggestions
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards, procedures, and Club Med hygiene and safety regulations
