What you will encounter
Employees in this position support the smooth operation of their position and follow the instructions of the department managers so that the provision of services is in line with the standards and objectives of the company.
Main responsibilities
- Preparation, organization and cleanliness of the post according to the instructions of the supervisors
- Customer service according to the company's high standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and proper use of materials and utensils, maintaining the smooth operation of the post
- Follows the instructions of the supervisors and cooperates for any particularities or issues that arise by participating in the best customer service
Necessary qualifications & skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of English
- Studies in tourism are considered an additional qualification
- Customer-centric concept
- Communication & organizational skills
- Spirit of cooperation and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in the workplace
- Basic knowledge in the application of management systems ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000
