H Hotels Collection | Hatzilazarou Group one of the leading & constantly growing groups in Greece, operating in the hospitality industry for 30 years, is offering new positions for its hotels in South Rhodes, for the summer season 2024.
Front Office Agent
Location: South Rhodes
Type of Employment: Full Time /Seasonal
Ref: HH/FD
What to expect
Employees in this position will be responsible for organizing, servicing and resolving customer issues with the aim of achieving high company standards.
Main responsibilities
- Customer care in accordance with Group standards
- Arrival and departure procedures
- Management of funds
- Communication with all departments to fulfil reception requirements.
Necessary qualifications & skills
- At least one year of work experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of German is considered an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Opera program or PMS reservation management program (desirable)
- Customer-orientated concept
- Communication and organizational skills and team spirit
- A degree from a tourism school is considered an additional qualification
- Basic knowledge of the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000 management systems
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety
