For our Site Training team within the Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Training Specialist who will be responsible for keeping Siemens Wind Power top of class in training and education. As a Training Specialist, you will be part of a team who define the training requirements for thousands of employees, contractors and customers worldwide.

What are my responsibilities?

You will gather input from all our upcoming projects and identify areas where our technicians or site management require training. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

• Identify training requirements from upcoming projects on new turbine components, equipment or country specific legislations

• Identify field training opportunities on each upcoming project and ensure optimal training output

• Specify and initiate training development if required and keep close track of development process of own portfolio

• Plan ahead and keep in close contact with resource departments globally to implement new trainings

As a Training Specialist, you will report to the Siemens Wind Power Head of Site Training. You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business environment. This job offers great learning opportunities and full insight into all elements of project execution. You must expect about 10 travel days per year.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have a degree in engineering or you are a candidate from university

• You have minimum 3 years working experience, preferably from a learning environment or within project management

• You are eager to work with learning in a technical environment

• You are able to work against a tight timeline and finalize your tasks

• You able to work structured and organized within a project management organization

• You are fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences
