  • You are responsible for processing all flight changes for charter X and/or scheduled flights before travel begins
  • You take over written change information to customers and/or travel agency incl. return control
  • Processing of complaints from customers and travel agencies prior to departure due to flight changes
  • Preparing offers if proposed alternative flight is not desired
  • Answering and processing telephone calls
Job requirements
  • You have a completed vocational training in tourism
  • Your way of working is characterized by cost awareness, service orientation and goal orientation
  • Solid understanding of numbers and analytical thinking 
  • Knowledge of English and French is an advantage
  • very good knowledge of the german language
  • teamplayer
  • Ability to work under pressure and the willingness to show a high level of commitment even with increased workloads
  • Knowledge of a GDS system (e.g. Amadeus or Galileo)
