Responsibilities:

Provide support to customers of tourist accommodation operators via telephone, email and chat (contacts will be made in Brazilian Portuguese and also in English);

Resolve situations related to reservations, cancellations and accommodation changes;

Act as a facilitator in the travel options of customers of various tour operators.

Completed secondary education;

Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese, in order to communicate with all our customers in the Portuguese market, through various channels;

Good command of English (minimum B2 level);

Proactivity, in order to present the best resolutions to our customers;

I enjoy working in multicultural teams;

Technological and computer skills from the user's perspective, as you will work with various computer tools;

Some experience in the field of customer service.

We will also value experience in the area of management of tourist accommodation reservations.
