For our Operations Department within Service Wind Power we are looking for a technical support/expert to assist our operations and sales managers in finding the optimal set-up for our offshore operations. Since this position is newly established the right candidate will get a significant impact on the future operational set-ups.

What are my responsibilities?

Participate in the development, implementation and formalization of concepts/procedures for offshore service operations and optimization of site set-ups, in cooperation with global and regional project managers Cross-regional knowledge transfer and alignment Provide technical support and guidance in the sales process in relation to procedures, operations, opportunities, safety issues, guidelines, etc. Internal project management of small projects Up to 30 days of travel activities per year must be expected, primarily in relation to on-site visits and exhibitions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You have a technical education and 3-5 years of relevant experience as a marine engineer, site manager or the like, ideally from the wind or offshore industry. You demonstrate an extensive technical insight and the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues and collaborators at all levels in a large, complex and global organization You are pragmatic and self-driven with the drive to continuously create results and innovative solutions. Furthermore, you can demonstrate extensive results with stakeholder management, possibly acquired through your time as a project manager. In addition, you have excellent English skills – orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
