In this role you will closely collaborate with the Talent Attraction team in Academic Partnerships and with stakeholders across R&D.

It will be your task to plan and carry out the internal roll-out and branding of this initiative. Working cross organisationally, you will recommend and champion recruitment opportunities and work closely with line management and HR to facilitate the recruitment process towards success. Externally you will leverage your network, and actively engage with a broad selection of stakeholders including academic researchers and their students to ensure that Novo Nordisk becomes the preferred partner for talent recruitment across educational segments.

In your previous jobs you have demonstrated strong stakeholder and project management skills, an outstanding ability to network, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must naturally be self-driven and resilient and possess high personal integrity and impeccable values.

At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better. In exchange, we offer you an opportunity to work with extraordinary talented people and benefit from a range of possibilities for professional and personal development.
