Supply Chain Specialist
For a prestigious multinational company, a leader in the food packaging sector located in Modena, we are seeking a Customer Service professional to serve as a Supply Chain Specialist. This role, operating in an international environment, will be responsible for the following activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational activities related to the supply of cardboard packaging and order fulfillment, specifically order management, graphics administration, invoicing, and logistics. Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement of the supply chain service level. Build appropriate relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Ensure constant adherence to internal regulations, policies, and procedures. Participate in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities and projects.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in the field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of the sales sector and commercial relations.
- Ability to understand and process requests, and to analyze data and information.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
