Job offer description

We offer picking job from beginning of May to end of October to 140 persons. 

Our high season is in July-August. We cultivate strawberries in open field (35 hectar) and 4 hectars in tunnels and in greenhouses. 

We also cultivate raspberry, blackberry, peas, black currant.. 

Picked berries goes staight to computer and you can see you daily kilos from you phone. From that raport you can see how mutch you have earned and by that we pay you salary. 

Berry quality is top one priority to us! We pick berries straight to bunnets. In tunnels everyone have their own picking trailer and in open field we use big trailer to make your work more easier. 

Picking work is payed by picked kilos (grounds of piece work). For example planting and packing work is hour work. By salary, we follow the rules by Collective Agreements of farm industries (Maaseutuelinkeinojen työehtosopimus) 

For good workers we offer developing steps for future around year group.
