STRAWBERRY PICKER Are you interested in seasonal work in the beautiful Finnish nature, picking berries? A strawberry farm in Northern Savonia, Suonenjoki, is looking for seasonal workers for tunnel strawberry picking. We offer good working conditions and cozy accommodation with modern basic facilities. Strawberry picking takes place in tunnels, providing protection from weather, and the work is done in a standing position. The compensation is based on the terms of the collective agreement of rural industries. Work is paid on a piecework basis. The working hours are 40 hours per week, and the number of hours may vary between days. Work is conducted 5-6 days a week. No previous experience is required, as we provide training for the tasks. The work starts at the end of June and continues until the beginning or mid-August. We expect from you: - You are at least 18 years old - English language basic skills - Energetic working attitude - Good physical ability We offer you: - Rain gear, rubber boots and working gloves are provided - A car is available for shopping trips - Accommodation is in separate with a beautiful garden, in 3-4 person rooms. The accommodation facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, living area, shower and toilet, a washing machine, and wifi. The accomodation fee is 5 €/day.
