SOUS CHEF FOR 4* IRISH HOTEL GROUP
Responsibilities
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Manage and work with a team to produce high quality menu items
• Report to Head Chef and work with F&B management daily to ensure high quality food service
• Adhere to hotel culture and standards
• Operate in an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional manner
Ideal Requirements
• Relevant experience at a 4* or 5* hotel (training internships)
• Professional training for hospitality school with internships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Professional English Language level
This is a role with a defined career pathway to Head Chef within the group
• Relevant experience at a 4* or 5* hotel (training internships)
• Previous experience at Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level in 4* or higher hotel
• Professional training for hospitality school with internships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional English Language level
