Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging content across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Produce high-quality, compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Curate content that resonates with our audience and industry trends.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Implement strategies to grow our social media following and enhance brand loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and Analyse social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, ensuring social media alignment.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
