Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Produce high-quality, compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Curate content that resonates with our audience and industry trends.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Implement strategies to grow our social media following and enhance brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and Analyse social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, ensuring social media alignment.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
