Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Palais Keller
Built in 1443 as a salt warehouse, the Palais Keller was opened as a Bavarian restaurant in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in 1972 with the purchase of the Palais Montgelas from Mr. Falk Volkhardt. In 2019, the Palais Keller was renovated by interior designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt. In the new Palais Keller, our guests are served seasonal and regional dishes with a modern interpretation.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:
- Responsible for the smooth running of the assigned service station with the associated administrative tasks, such as booking guest orders in the cash register system and billing the daily turnover
- Ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Carrying out professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling and forwarding complaints to the supervisor
You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in the catering industry
- a charming, fresh and warm demeanor, as well as a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy dealing with international guests
