Service Technician Mechatronics (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility is characterized by direct customer contact and the solution of new challenges every day.
- You analyze and evaluate repairs and customer complaints, process them in our SAP system and bring the order to a conclusion in cooperation with interface departments, our customers, and foreign representatives.
- You advise our customers competently and, in a service-oriented manner on the phone and by e-mail
- You will support our customers regarding industrial automation during commissioning by telephone and on site
- You will undertake planned and short-term business trips to customers and abroad, e.g. to carry out repair and maintenance work on site.
- You are happy to take on customer requests and take care of the process documentation and support internal further processing
- Educational background: Completed technical training or technical degree in the field of mechatronics / electrics
- Experience: Several years of experience, working with mechatronic products and in dealing with customer service and commissioning
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of machine and control technology as well as previous knowledge of programming languages
- Personality: Committed and responsible as well as clear and convincing in communication
- Working style: Enjoys working with customers and has a strong analytical service mindset, willing to travel on business to national and international customers
- Languages: German and English
