As our new Management Assistant, you will be supporting the Managers in our Renewables Division, as well as taking a leading role in operations of administrative procedures and daily business of the division. You will play a crucial part in supporting the team by ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks and responsibilities

An essential part of the job will be supporting the team internally with agendas, minutes, reporting and follow-up on meetings and defined goals and providing input based on internal/external enquiries.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Support to the Management team of our Renewables Division
  • Assisting the division with social gatherings as for example team building events, Friday bars, celebrations etc.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondences
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
  • Other ad hoc & administrative tasks, as it may be needed along the way

Your qualifications and skills

We imagine that you have an educational background in marketing, communication, sales or similar experience from an international organization.

To succeed in this position, we expect you to:

  • Have a flair for IT as well as being highly experienced with MS Office
  • Possess a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Be proactive and responsible in your work
  • Be an avid team-player with a great sense of dedication
  • Be highly motivated by optimization and seeing the results of your work
  • Have great interpersonal skills as well as being fluent in written and verbal English
