Restaurant Næsbyhoved Skov is a historic place for gathering family and friends for life’s big holidays. It has existed for more than a hundred-and-twenty years. Our place has an incredible atmosphere, characterized by the Danish concept of ‘hygge’, and a big personality where plenty of people from Odense have set foot throughout the years.

We seek to use good quality produce, and if in season, local produce as well. We are a place that caters to social gatherings such as weddings, birthdays, concerts and a wonderful á la carte restaurant with a beautiful view of the Odense Harbor.

We are looking for a motivated chef that sees beyond limitations and wishes to deliver the highest level of service for our guests – whether that be for smaller or bigger gatherings.

You will be a part of the day-to-day runnings of a kitchen, including inventory management. It will be expected that you take an active part in training our chef trainees. We are an engaged team who stresses the importance of a good working environment, wherein a proper tone is used between all teams.

 

Qualifications:

You are able to work independently and efficiently

  • You look forward to new challenges and a fast-paced day.
  • You motivate and engage your colleagues by taking responsibility
  • You are a trained chef and have experience managing this position.
  • You are willing to learn to read and write in Danish
