Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest check-in and check-out processes
- Providing exceptional customer service and local recommendations
- Handling reservations, emails, and phone inquiries
- Coordinating breakfast service and supporting catering activities
- Promoting and organizing additional services (e.g. bike rental, excursions)
- Ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations
Job requirements
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Slovenian, Italian, or German are an advantage)
- Basic computer literacy (booking systems, email communication)
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
Nice to have
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Secondary education (hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred)
