For our Niederwinkling site, we are looking for:
Project Manager (m/f/d) for Window and Facade Construction
Your responsibilities:
Independent management of projects
Structuring of orders with regard to the required steps and responsible departments within the company
Coordination with the relevant departments within the company, our subcontractors and our customers
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreed cost, quality and deadline targets
Handling project-related procurement
Planning and organising installation work together with our fitters
Responsibility for change order management
Responsibility for project completion and post-project costing
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Metall- oder Holzbau. Alternativ technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich.
- Freude an abwechslungsreicher und organisatorischer Tätigkeit
- Fähigkeit, sich in neue Themenstellungen und Entwicklungen schnell einzuarbeiten
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit
- Strukturiertes und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement wären Wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang im Bereich EDV/IT
