For over 15 years, the employer has been a successful development partner with over 200 engineers to leading industrial companies in the automotive, automation, aerospace and defense technology sectors. The focus is on the structured development of safety critical hardware and software.

Tasks:

  • You act as an interface between developers, suppliers, customers and handle communication and coordination
  • You are responsible for software testing and agreed delivery of navigation map updates according to the agreed schedule and customer requirements
  • You proactively drive the development of the delivery within the project and plan the maturity development of the delivery across the weekly releases
  • You are responsible for problem resolution management for the delivery and drives the resolution of issues or risks in coordination and escalation with all interfaces
  • You plan the development together with suppliers for the delivery on a regular basis and test if all features was implemented and delivered as scheduled
  • You are the contact person for project stakeholders and track the delivery dates, in charge of issues and problem reports, which will be tracked on daily basis

Requirements:

  • You have experience in the testing of software in the automotive industry, Head Unit of Premium Automotive OEMs testing, preferably in the navigation field as plus
  • Strong planning and project management skills allow you to bring a project right on track
  • You are able to assess and manage customer expectations
  • You are an excellent communicator both on engineering and management level
  • Technical knowledge will be a plus: TCP-IP, putty, linux command line, Jira, Redmine, NDS (Navigation Data Standard) knowledge

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

  • English language skills minimum C1 level, German language skills minimum A2 level
  • Possibility of a permanent contract with social security contributions.
  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Support in the relocation process from the visa process to apartment search, German courses, trainings and social events.
