Product Safety Project Management Expert

Your mission:

We are currently recruiting for a position of senior Project Manager (Expert) four our company ASCENZA AGRO S.A. You will Lead project teams working dossier from data gap up to registration, as a key member of the project team with the final goal of delivery quality work in the expected timeframe and budget.

Your main responsibilities:

• Management of dossiers from data gap analysis to the registration, including pre-submission meetings with competent authorities;
• Compliance with the deadlines, budget requirements and quality, while dealing with evolving priorities;
• Know how for at least one area of a crop protection dossier;
• Development of dossier management strategies, deadlines compliance;
• Management of ASCENZA expert team or external consultants;
• Provision of regulatory advice in terms on projects;
• Participation in internal meetings with other departments (e.g. Regulatory, R&D, Central Marketing….) and external meetings (e.g. task forces, competent authorities meeting, consultants…);
• Familiar with, risk assessment within the context of EU 1107/2009 Regulation;
• Working as part of a team of the project team.

The talent we search for:

• Minimum of Master degree in agronomy, chemistry, biology, environmental, toxicology or related science;
• More than 5 years planning and/or project management experience;
• Strong background in project management of crop protection dossiers;
• Experience to work with Regulation 1107/2009;
• Experience in one or more relevant areas of crop protection dossiers;
• Good knowledge of English, any other language is an asset;
• Structured and thoroughness;
• Team spirit; 
• Ability to respect standards, procedures and meet deadlines;
• Flexibility, polyvalence, and pro-activity;
• Solution minded;
• Easy contacts with people.
