Alfa Laval’s Business Centre Ashbrook Simon- Hartley is looking for a Process Systems Specialist For Process Systems Group within Ashbrook Simon-Hartley, we are looking for a dedicated biological waste water treatment processes specialist, who has strong sales support and business development experience. Our new specialist will play a key role in substantial growth in the sale of our two core products Iso-Disc Filters and Sequential Batch Reactor Decanters. Your responsibilities • Close co-operation with sales companies to drive the sales of Iso-Disc and SBR • Development and commercial support on configuration, sizing, ordering and simulation tools • Contribution to development of product marketing and sales support materials • Supply Operations with regional forecast information to ensure the right delivery time prediction for sales companies • Provide support to competitive quoting • Take on the role of Product champion and ensure product know-how is shared and distributed throughout the organisation • Support and conduct product related training • Collect input and make analysis on market, technology, and competitor intelligence. Personal profile & qualifications • A technical education on university level • In-depth knowledge of equipment and applications similar to those of Asbrook Simon-Hartley • Know-how within biological waste water treatment processes • Proven record of sales support and business development capabilities • Driven strongly by results and oriented on finding solutions • Able to set structure in a changing environment and keep overview in complex situations • A real team player and relation builder, with strong customer focus and good networking skills • Have the ability to lead and drive change activities across functional borders in a matrix organisation • Internationally oriented with good cross-cultural awareness.
