The team



To ensure continuous improvements to our IT setup, we are currently seeking an IT Process Manager & Compliance Coordinator. You will become part of a team of six that collaborate globally with our regional process managers in different areas within the ITIL framework.





Job Content



We are continuously focusing on becoming a process-driven IT organization based on the ITIL framework. We have implemented several service operation and transition processes. In the role of the IT Process Manager, your primary responsibilities are to establish, document, implement and manage the following process areas:

Test and Validation Management

Configuration Management



We are currently implementing a Quality Management System to meet regulatory requirements. If you are familiar with the implementation and management of SOP’s in a regulated setup (e.g. FDA), then this is regarded as a huge benefit. The Compliance Coordinator role is new, giving you the opportunity to have influence on the job description. Areas of responsibility will include:



Develop and enable a quality mindset to ensure uniform IT quality across global departments with quality objectives, training and documented processes

Support and guide IT Management in compliance questions when planning future business initiatives and acting as IT’s quality specialist for quality processes and projects.

Establish, enhance and implement IT quality management processes (SOP’s, templates and instructions) with compliant processes as concerns validated IT system, qualified infrastructure, document control and training

Establish knowledge in the IT department of regulatory requirements for IT systems in coordination with our QA department and ensure that the IT Quality Management System fulfills these requirements

Coordinate and participate in external inspections in cooperation with our QA department





Your profile



In both roles, the following qualifications are important success criteria:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience as IT Compliance coordinator and practical hands-on experience in this area

Familiar with managing IT processes in a global setup

Structured, a good facilitator and excellence communication skills in English.

You thrive by maneuvering around in different organizational levels in a complex organization

Experience with a global IT setup in regulated industries

Dedicated to work with document management and control

Familiar with computer system validation

You recognized as a good team player

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge on the same level
