Our clinic provides individualized, evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative patients across a wide range of conditions and recovery stages. The role includes conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy as well as structured, goal-oriented exercise programs.

Therapists are responsible for continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes. A key part of the work involves supporting patients in reducing pain, improving mobility, restoring functional movement, and regaining independence in daily activities.

We place strong emphasis on active rehabilitation, patient education, and long-term recovery strategies to prevent recurrence of injuries. Close collaboration with other healthcare providers and within our internal team ensures coordinated, high-quality care for every patient.

Job requirements
  • Completed training/degree in physiotherapy and valid professional license
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
  • Good communication skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Organized and reliable.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience in a physiotherapy clinic or similar setting
  • Additional certifications (e.g. manual therapy, lymphatic drainage)
  • Experience with rehabilitation training or medical fitness
  • Familiarity with digital documentation systems
  • Multilingual skills (e.g. German/English)
