For permanent placement, an attractive permanent position as Performance Marketing Manager is waiting for you at a large insurance company in Teltow. 

You think marketing-oriented and are digitally driven? You know the levers for the success of your performance marketing channels and can therefore correctly evaluate and classify requirements within the scope of campaigns? Then support our client's performance marketing team and be responsible for the conception, planning and execution of online campaigns as well as their continuous optimization. Tasks:

  • Definition, implementation and controlling of performance-driven marketing measures
  • Development of strategies and definition of appropriate methods to achieve the goals
  • Development of new sales potentials via media channels
  • Consideration of new trends in cooperation with a media agency
  • Development of target groups, segmentations and targetings
  • Conversion of these into requirements for funnel design as well as campaign design
  • Management of external agencies, service providers and partners
  • Interdisciplinary projects with departments such as Brand & Communication, Legal, IT and Product Management
  • Ensuring that KPIs are achieved and optimized 
  • Regular analysis of key performance indicators
  • Deriving optimization opportunities
  • Quality assurance in media management

     
Job requirements
  • University degree with relevant focus
  • Solid experience in marketing and e-commerce on the corporate or agency side
  • Expertise in project and process management
  • Experience in the use of common campaigns, analysis and tracking tools
  • KPI-oriented, structured and independent way of working
  • High flexibility in dynamic day-to-day business
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
