We are looking for an Engineer in electricity to join our team in Liège
Job description:
- To draft and adhere to design service schedules and predictions
- To establish design principles for installations/equipment/structures
- To collaborate with the Owner and the other designers in developing the project design
- To ensure dimensioning of the installations/equipment/structures
- To issue instructions to the design and calculation team
- To check the creation and progress of any graphic materials and any measurement overviews
- To ensure the drafting and editing of any Design Notes, Drafts, Specifications, Technical Specifications and Briefs etc
- To draft cost estimates for the works under consideration
- To analyze the offers submitted by the Bidders
- To verify the completion documents (analysis, brief)
- To inspect equipment at the plant and on site
- To inspect the completed works
- To comply with and enforce compliance with the Health/Safety guidelines set out in the Project Safety Plan
Profile:
- Master of electrical or electromechanical engineering
- A few years experience in the field of nuclear power generation
- Interest in the analysis and research of solutions to a variety of technical problems in the area of electrical power systems
- Proficient knowledge of French and Dutch and a good grasp of English
- Motivated and able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team
- Customer-satisfaction must be part of day-to-day vision
- Dynamic personality and a proactive and innovative approach to work
- Independent and have an acute sense of responsibility
- Mobile and open to missions abroad (short or medium-term)
- BA4 / BA5 / VCA / Nuclear habilitation
