Join us as our new Business Development Manager, Baking

As Business Development Manager you will join our dynamic and fast-paced Baking Global Marketing Team in the Consumer Biosolutions division.



You will be one of the key ingredients to enable short and long-term growth in our Baking industry with the responsibility of delivering exciting innovative solutions to our customers.



You will be working in an international, cross functional setting with an organization transforming into an agile way of working. Furthermore, will you be responsible for taking product innovation from ideas to launch and ensuring a close collaboration with customers and commercial teams to secure success of the new launch.

In our team, you will work with other business development and marketing, colleagues to develop better baking solutions for you and the planet using world-class biotechnology. 

 

To succeed you must hold:

• Food scientist or commercial background (MSc) and relevant professional experience (2-3 years)
• Experience from the baking industry or the Food & Beverage application/ingredient industry is a must
• Excellent project management, and a strategic, visionary, and analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving 
• Proven abilities in turning complex environments into commercial concepts with compelling value propositions
• Experience with agile principles would be an advantage
• A team player with a desire and curiosity for a fast-paced learning curve, who is self-driven and thrives working independently in new areas
• Excellent people and communication skills and the ability to convincingly engage with internal and external senior level stakeholders

Regional and global travel up to 10-20 % should be expected.

Location

The job is located in Lyngby near Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be reporting to the Business Unit Director in Baking.
