Amada Colossos Resort is looking for Night Auditor for the 2024 season to join our team and share our passion for excellence and generosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner overnight.
- Assists guests in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
- Reconciles nightly finances and reports.
- Knows all essential aspects of our resort operations.
- Works collaboratively with any resort staff member.
Job requirements
Skills & Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
- Knowledge of German or another language will be considered an extra asset
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
