Amada Colossos Resort is looking for talented À la carte Cooks for the 2024 season to join our team and share our passion for excellence and generosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in preparing and cooking meals according to approved recipes and menus.
- Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Job requirements
Skills & Qualifications Requirements:
- A Culinary Degree/Diploma
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a 5* hotel or À la carte restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to comply with all company health and safety regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
