Are you looking for exciting and challenging projects? As a metalworker at Prebeck, you will fabricate and assemble steel structural elements in accordance with technical workshop drawings and production documents. To process the steel beams and sheets, you will use various machines and welding equipment to cut, bend, drill, mill, weld or assemble the structure. This means you’ll be an integral part of the team, from delivery right through to the finished structure.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
· Assembling and welding steel structures according to workshop drawings
· Assembling the finished structure on site
· Operating various machines
Qualifications: Completed vocational training, e.g. as a metalworker, construction mechanic, metal specialist, toolmaker (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
Technical knowledge: Knowledge of steel and metal construction.
Skills: Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
Mobility: A driving licence and a car are required to reach the workplace.
