As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer – German Speaker to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

ACTIVITY: 

• Responsible of the Design development of the project assigned 
• Ensure a Design according to automotive best in class standards, DFA and DFM targets
• Provide appropriate documentation according to the customer requirements and internal technical guidelines
• Plan and lead the design resources assigned
• Drive the Design for Assembly and Manufacturing
• Review opportunities for improvement

Job requirements

• The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Designer in the automotive sector
• Excellent knowledge of the following software : CATIA V5
• Strong knowledge of the DFMEA
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing
• English and German languages are MANDATORY
