What am I going to do?

As a part of our company’s continuous development of user relevant software solutions and ‘State of the art’ interface design, you will be highly included in all aspects of the planning, designing and execution phases.

More specifically, you will:

• Take part in the UI/UX process of designing the interface and overall user experience for our new MAN ES intranet (and other large business projects) in close collaboration with the UI/UX team.
• Participate in and conduct interviews with users and perform tests and validation of interface design.
• Organizing, writing, and helping internal and external communication to the business of MAN ES from Group IT (Information Technology)
• Facilitating project work in several product teams using agile methods
• Promoting IT initiatives and communication to the business of MAN ES
• Translating technical IT language into easily readable text/presentations for the understanding of non-technical readers

• Have knowledge of UI/UX principles understanding customers motivations & needs.
• Have graphical design experience and skills for using UI prototyping tools.

• Experience in writing for the web or social media and collecting information from stakeholder and advise on the content
• Are working agile, dynamic, and structured within development processes.
• Are an all-in team player with an inner drive to continually develop, challenge and promote yourself.

You will be a part of a dedicated and skilled UI/UX team of four that are highly committed to supporting the business through communication and excellence in design. At the same time, we enjoy ‘hygge.’
