Due to the further need of our trusted client, we are looking to hire a LEAN MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
- Close monitoring of the existing processes;
- Perform analysis on Labor efficiency and Overall equipment efficiency;
- Facilitate continuous improvement activities including Kaizen workshops and Problem solving;
- Create Work instructions and provide them to direct collaborators;
- Conduct 5S and Non-Value-Added audit review;
- Oversee all continuous improvement activities to the definition and the compilation of improvement plans, both quality and productivity;
- Create operative routings and production versions in SAP for new and existing products;
- Make analysis in terms of line capacity/speed and manpower needs for new products.
- University Degree in Engineering;
- Fluency in English;
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in a global environment / FMCG field;
- Lean management principles and tools’ implementation knowledge (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM and problem solving);
- Manufacturing processes analysis and improvement expertise (value stream mapping & business process mapping);
- Solid knowledge of VSM, 5S, Standard Work, VM, Line balancing, Problem Solving, Kaizen workshop management.
