Due to the further need of our trusted client, we are looking to hire a LEAN MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Job requirements
  • Close monitoring of the existing processes;
  • Perform analysis on Labor efficiency and Overall equipment efficiency;
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities including Kaizen workshops and Problem solving;
  • Create Work instructions and provide them to direct collaborators;
  • Conduct 5S and Non-Value-Added audit review;
  • Oversee all continuous improvement activities to the definition and the compilation of improvement plans, both quality and productivity;
  • Create operative routings and production versions in SAP for new and existing products;
  • Make analysis in terms of line capacity/speed and manpower needs for new products.
Nice to have
  • University Degree in Engineering;
  • Fluency in English;
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in a global environment / FMCG field;
  • Lean management principles and tools’ implementation knowledge (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM and problem solving);
  • Manufacturing processes analysis and improvement expertise (value stream mapping & business process mapping);
  • Solid knowledge of VSM, 5S, Standard Work, VM, Line balancing, Problem Solving, Kaizen workshop management.
